The highway leading to The Peace Bridge on the Canadian side was still closed to traffic from Canada as at the time of this report.

Maintenance trucks blocked the highway leading to the Peace Bridge when Mosaic Edition visited the Town of Fort Erie to report on the historical storm that had resulted in deaths of some residents across the border.
According to the twitter account of Erie County, NY, driving bans remain for the City of Buffalo, City of Lackawanna and Town of Cheektowaga.
According to forterie.ca the storm caused a lot of power outages. An update issued by the Town of Fort Erie notes that “road crews are working around the clock to keep roads clear with a focus on areas of high potential ice build-up.”
