Bonhomme never disappoints. The mascot of Carnaval de Québec was on the parade route in downtown Quebec early this evening to welcome both old and young to the number one winter festival in North America.Carnaval de Québec attracts lots of visitors to the city despite the extreme cold of the area at this time of the year. The festival ends on February 17, 2019.
