The arrival of Bonhomme, at the grand parade of Carnival de Québec was met with songs, dances and clapping to the official Bonhomme music.Bonhomme, the official mascot of the carnival danced on the float and waved to cheering adults and children on the parade route.
The parade route was lined by adults and children all bundled up to fend off the below zero degree temperature.
The grand parade is the highlight of the winter carnival, which attracts tourists from Canada and abroad.
The carnival featured various cultural aspects of the province of Québec and Canada.
